1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of executive coaching services by KJD Law Services Ltd, trading as KJD Elevate ("we", "our", "us", "the Company") to you ("Client", "you", "your").
By engaging our services, booking sessions, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. Service Description
3.1 Coaching Services
We provide executive coaching services designed to support professional development, career advancement, and leadership enhancement for lawyers, accountants, finance professionals, and business leaders.

4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Payment in Advance
All coaching packages require payment in advance before services commence. Payment confirms your booking and secures your coaching slots.
4.2 Pricing
Our minimum rate is £300 per hour plus VAT (unless otherwise specified on this website or agreed in writing).
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
4.4 VAT
VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK tax regulations. VAT receipts will be provided for all transactions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
5.2 Refund Entitlement
Clients who cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice will be refunded any balance for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions in your package.
5.3 Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate unless emergency circumstances apply (to be judged at our discretion).
5.4 Emergency Situations
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
5.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
6. Coaching Standards and Professional Conduct
6.1 Professional Standards
Our coaching services adhere to the standards of the Academy of Executive Coaching and follow ethical guidelines for professional coaching practice.
6.2 Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are strictly confidential.
6.3 Scope of Service
Executive coaching focuses on professional development and performance enhancement. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The coaching services provided are not regulated. No legal, financial or other regulated advice is being provided in any coaching service.
6.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

7. Session Management
7.1 Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, typically with at least 1-2 weeks between meetings to allow for reflection and implementation.
7.2 Session Format
Sessions may be conducted online via video call or in-person in London, depending on your preference, package terms and as agreed between you and your coach.
7.3 Session Duration
Standard coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Discovery calls are 30 minutes with 15 minutes of complimentary coaching included.
7.4 Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. We will work together to find mutually convenient alternative times.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Limitation
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, as results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
8.2 Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
8.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific coaching package or service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Coaching Materials
All coaching materials, resources, and methodologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client under a legally binding assignment or novation agreement.
9.2 Client Information
Any insights, strategies, or solutions developed during coaching belong to the client and may be used freely for their professional development.
9.3 Free Resources
Any free resources provided through our website are for personal and professional development use only and may not be redistributed commercially.
10. Termination
10.1 Client Termination
Clients may terminate coaching relationships at any time with 48 hours' written notice. Refunds for unused sessions will be calculated according to our refund policy.
10.2 Coach Termination
We reserve the right to terminate coaching relationships if clients fail to meet their obligations or engage in inappropriate conduct. In such cases, refunds will be provided for unused sessions.
10.3 Mutual Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship if it becomes apparent that the coaching is not beneficial or appropriate.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic restrictions.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By engaging our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Initial Resolution
We encourage clients to raise any concerns directly with us first. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
14.2 Mediation
If direct resolution is not possible, we prefer to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
14.3 Professional Standards
As a professional service provider, we are committed to maintaining high standards and resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific coaching agreements, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
