Six hours of 1:1 coaching for legal and financial professionals who feel worn down by work and want things to feel lighter and more manageable. This is for you if you're dealing with constant pressure and long hours, difficult clients or colleagues, never-ending to-do lists, second-guessing yourself, or feeling stuck on what you actually want next in your career. You don't need a perfectly formed goal. We'll use these six hours to talk honestly about what's going on, make sense of why it feels so hard, and agree simple, practical changes you can make in your day-to-day life and work so it feels less heavy and more under your control. Cancellation Policy
1 Booking and Payment Terms 1.1 Payment in Advance All coaching packages require payment in advance before services commence. Payment confirms your booking and secures your coaching slots. 1.2 Pricing Our minimum rate is £300 per hour plus VAT. Pricing plans are as set out on our website from time to time. 1.3 Payment Methods We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers. 1.4 VAT VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK tax regulations. VAT receipts will be provided for all transactions. 1.5 Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. We will work together to find mutually convenient alternative times. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 2.1 Client Cancellations Clients may cancel individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty. 2.2 Refund Entitlement Clients who cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice will be refunded any balance for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions in your package. 2.3 Late Cancellations Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate unless emergency circumstances apply as below (to be judged at the discretion of KJD Elevate). 2.4 Emergency Situations We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation. 2.5 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
