Includes: - An exclusive welcome gift box - delivered straight to your door - A tailored action development plan for immediate clarity and focus - A complimentary 15-minute power coaching follow-up, one month after your session, to help you stay on track 3 Hours Deep Intensive (£1,000) Perfect for those seeking deeper support and practical strategies for a smooth and confident re-entry, with time to address challenges and plan for success. Includes: - All the benefits of the 1 Hour Strategy Session, plus: - Pre-session discovery questionnaire to identify your unique needs, strengths, and concerns - Extended time for in-depth exploration and actionable planning - Personalised return toolkit with hand-picked resources, guides, and exercises to support your return-to-work journey 6 Hours Change Mastery (£1,850) A comprehensive coaching programme for sustained support, confidence-building, and long-term balance as you return to work and re-engage with your career. Cancellation Policy
1 Booking and Payment Terms 1.1 Payment in Advance All coaching packages require payment in advance before services commence. Payment confirms your booking and secures your coaching slots. 1.2 Pricing Our minimum rate is £300 per hour plus VAT. Pricing plans are as set out on our website from time to time. 1.3 Payment Methods We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers. 1.4 VAT VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK tax regulations. VAT receipts will be provided for all transactions. 1.5 Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. We will work together to find mutually convenient alternative times. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 2.1 Client Cancellations Clients may cancel individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty. 2.2 Refund Entitlement Clients who cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice will be refunded any balance for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions in your package. 2.3 Late Cancellations Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate unless emergency circumstances apply as below (to be judged at the discretion of KJD Elevate). 2.4 Emergency Situations We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation. 2.5 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
