You set the agenda. We work through it properly. You receive: One 60-minute session via video call A written action plan after the session Best for: A specific situation — a difficult conversation, a team challenge, a decision you are stuck on. Focus Package — £650 (save £100) Three hours of focused coaching with a clear goal and real accountability across the programme. You receive: Three 60-minute sessions via video call, scheduled around your working week A written action plan after every session WhatsApp access between sessions for anything that comes up Best for: Professionals stepping into a new leadership role or working on a specific and defined leadership goal. Transformation Package — £1,200 (save £300) Six hours of deep, structured coaching for professionals who want to lead at a genuinely higher level and make that change last.
