What we work on: Getting clear on what you actually want, not what you think you should want Understanding what has been keeping you stuck and working through it properly Mapping your real options with someone who knows the professional landscape from the inside Building your personal case, whether that means a move in-house, a step outside law, a push for partnership, or something else entirely Preparing for the practical realities of the transition: positioning, narrative, confidence, next steps Creating a concrete plan you will follow through on Choose Your Package Single Session — £250 One focused 60-minute session to work through a specific career decision or question you have been circling. You receive: One 60-minute session via video call A written action plan after the session Best for: A specific career question you need to think through with someone who understands the landscape. Focus Package — £650 (save £100) Three hours of structured coaching to get clear on your direction and build the foundations of your next move. You receive: Three 60-minute sessions via video call, scheduled around your working week A written action plan after every session WhatsApp access between sessions for anything that comes up Best for: Professionals who know they want to make a change and need the clarity and structure to decide exactly what that looks like. Transformation Package — £1,200 (save £300) Six hours of deep, focused coaching to take you from stuck and uncertain to clear, decided and moving forward. You receive: Six 60-minute sessions via video call, scheduled around your working week A welcome pack before your first session so we start coaching from day one A written action plan after every session WhatsApp access throughout the programme A mid-programme review to make sure the work stays focused on what matters most Best for: Professionals making a significant career transition who want to get it right, not just get it done.
